Placing Orders OnlineTop
Elsevier uses state-of-the-art security ensuring that sensitive information does not pass through unencrypted. Once your order is submitted, an electronic receipt will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. Your order will be processed within 24 hours of receipt excluding weekends. You can expect delivery of in-stock book items within 7 to 10 business days.
Books and Online Products:
We are currently unable to ship book orders outside the United States. Please visit your regional website to place book orders.
Items with tentative prices (T) have not yet published. You will be notified when the item is firm priced and ready for shipping.

Coupons and certificates may be added to your shopping cart by entering the Certificate Number on the Shopping Cart page. Please note that coupons and certificates may not be used to purchase Advances, Clinics, Journals or Year Books and no refunds or credits will be given for unused coupons and certificate balances.

From the product page, select your region, subscription type and length from the dropdown menu.
Click the "Add to Cart" button to place item in your cart.
Review your order summary and billing/shipping information, enter payment information (for credit card orders), and click "Send My Order" to complete transaction.
Once your order is submitted, an electronic receipt will be sent to the e-mail address you provided.
Shipping and HandlingTop
All prepaid individual consumer orders receive free shipping and handling within the United States. Shipping and handling charges will apply to orders placed by institutions or businesses.

You may return books and electronic products (excluding PDA software, online service products, and downloads) within 30 days from the invoice date for full credit. These items must be in saleable condition.
